There are 4 performance reports you can run to help you quickly understand how you’re doing, and tweak your tactics accordingly:

Performance by Affiliate

Performance by Offer

Performance by Creative

Performance by SKU

Note: Reports will reflect only approved conversions.

Accessing Reports

  • Run performance reports from Reporting > New Report.

  • View and download all performance reports from Reporting > Report Status (the last 20 reports are displayed)

  • View and download recurring performance reports from Reporting > Recurring Reports

    Note: To stop a recurring report, click the black Stop box next to the Download button.

Note: If you’re interested in more advanced reports, you can visit Reporting > Advanced Reporting, and authorize Looker. Contact a member of our Customer Success team to discuss your options via in-app chat or email [email protected].

Affiliate Report

Helps you quickly identify your top and under-performing affiliates. Read more about segmenting affiliates.

How to run it:

  1. For Report Type, select Affiliate.You can also use additional search criteria: SubIDs and Conversion Payment Status.

  2. Enter a Report Name

  3. Enter the Email you’d like your report delivered to.

  4. Select an Occurrence (run it just this once, at a certain frequency, over a period of time).

  5. Click Queue Report

Once the report is processed, you can download a CSV from your Refersion account, or from the email delivered to the address you provided in Step 3.

Note: Reports will contain only approved conversions.

Offer Report

Shows you how your offers are performing over a period of time.

How to run it:

  1. For Report Type, select Offer.

  2. Enter a Report Name

  3. Enter the Email you’d like your report delivered to.

  4. Select an Occurrence (run it just this once, at a certain frequency, over a period of time)

  5. Click Queue Report

Once the report is processed, you can download a CSV from your Refersion account, or from the email delivered to the address you provided in Step 3.

Creative Report

Shows how the banners you’ve created and shared with Affiliates are performing over a period of time.

How to run it:

  1. For Report Type, select Creative.

  2. Enter a Report Name

  3. Enter the Email you’d like your report delivered to.

  4. Select an Occurrence (run it just this once, at a certain frequency, over a period of time)

  5. Click Queue Report,

Once the report is processed, you can download a CSV from your Refersion account, or from the email delivered to the address you provided in Step 3.

SKU Report

Shows which items are resulting in the most affiliate sales. Learn how to set product level commission in Refersion.

How to run it:

  1. For Report Type, select SKU.

  2. Enter a Report Name

  3. Enter the Email you’d like your report delivered to.

  4. Select an Occurrence (run it just this once, at a certain frequency, over a period of time).

  5. Click Queue Report,

Once the report is processed, you can download a CSV from your Refersion account, or from the email delivered to the address you provided in Step 3.
