Before you can pay out commissions, you have to approve an affiliate’s conversions in Refersion from the Conversions tab. (Unless automatic conversion approvals are enabled on your account).
Please note: On new Refersion merchant accounts pending conversions are automatically approved after 90 days.
If you approved a conversion that you meant to deny, or denied a conversion that you now want to approve, you’ll need to start a chat with our Customer Success team or email us at [email protected], and we can change that for you. There is no way to change this approval or disapproval yourself.
