Connecting your Refersion account and Shopify or Shopify Plus store is easy. Instructions from Refersion and from the Shopify App Store below:
From Refersion
Open a new Refersion account (if you don't already have one) using this signup link OR navigate to the Account>Settings>Tracking tab of your existing Refersion account and click the +Add Tracking button.
Select Shopify from the list of platforms.
Enter your 'Myshopify' URL and click Continue.
From Shopify, click Install at the bottom of the page to add Refersion to your Shopify Apps.
Select a Plan (the default is our Professional plan, billed by Refersion).
Click Install app.
Click Approve charge.

From the Shopify App Store:
Find and Select Refersion from the list of apps.
Click Install.
Review the permissions that are requested by our app and click Install.
Note: You will be billed directly by Shopify.
Then, enter your new Refersion account details:
Enter your Personalized Refersion Subdomain (usually your business name — no spaces — followed by .refersion.com).
Enter your Contact information.
Enter your Email.
Enter a Password.
Click Save.
It’s official: You can start using Refersion to track your affiliate sales for you 🎉 From here, you’ll be taken through our Quick Start Guide.
Note: Don’t forget to confirm your email address.
If you want to cancel your account, then just delete the Refersion app from your Shopify account to stop future charges.

Headless Shopify Stores
If you have a headless Shopify store, then please note that simply installing our app in your store will NOT handle the full integration on its own. Additional steps will be needed from your end. General Tips for a Successful Integration or Transition • Always validate your integrations by placing test orders to ensure data is being captured accurately. • For tracking issues, verify the settings under Account > Settings > Tracking, and ensure your domain information is correct. • Contact Refersion support for assistance if you encounter unforeseen issues, especially during transitions or new integrations. Transitioning Your Refersion Account Between Platforms If your business is moving from WooCommerce to Shopify, you can transition your Refersion account by following these steps:
Remove the Refersion configuration from your WooCommerce account.
Disconnect Refersion from WooCommerce by uninstalling the plugin or removing tracking settings.
Log in to your Refersion account and go to Account > Settings > Tracking > +Add Tracking to input your Shopify URL (e.g., yourstore.myshopify.com).
Test the integration by placing a sample order in Shopify to confirm tracking and integration are functional. Once disconnected from WooCommerce, notify Refersion's support team for additional guidance and verifications.
