A conversion or affiliate order refers to an order generated through the efforts of an affiliate. For instance, if an affiliate promotes your website using their unique link, and a visitor clicks that link and purchases a product from your site, this is considered an affiliate order or a conversion. The same principle applies to coupon codes or other Promotional Methods. If you offer a subscription product and you credit the affiliate for recurring orders, those recurring orders also count as affiliate orders. However, denied orders do not count.

With Refersion, you can recruit as many affiliates as you want. Only when they generate sales (and hence you're seeing ROI with Refersion!) does it count towards your tiers.

That means your Refersion account allows for an unlimited number of offers and affiliates.
