If you have any questions about the affiliate program(s) that you are enrolled in (and not about the Refersion platform), then it is best to contact your merchant(s) directly. There are a couple of ways to do that from your affiliate portal.
You can leverage our built in messaging system in your affiliate portal to send a message to the merchant’s dashboard. This is accessed via the Messages tab:
From here you can see any past announcements the merchant has sent, and you can also send a message to the merchant right from this page.
The merchant will receive an email letting them know that they have a new unread message, and they'll be prompted to login to Refersion to see and respond to your message.
You can also contact the merchant via the affiliate support email that they have provided. Unlike the In-Portal Messaging, this will allow you to send an email directly to the merchant's email inbox. You can view this email address by clicking on your name in the top right-hand section and then clicking Help & Support:
