If you’ve generated your first conversion, congrats! That’s something to celebrate. The next question on your mind is probably: “when will I get paid my commission?”
The answer to that question depends upon the terms you agreed to with each individual merchant you’re contracted to work with. Want to review? Take a look at your affiliate dashboard or at the merchant partner’s application. Their terms and conditions will be listed there:
There are several ways that merchants can pay you:
Through PayPal, if you’ve submitted your PayPal email in your application or in your account settings.
Through Trolley, if you've submitted your bank and payment information in your account settings.
Via Gift Card.
Manually (outside of Refersion altogether).
To view your Payment History:
Log in to your Dashboard.
Click on Payment History.
Any payments you’ve received will be listed here.
Equally important, you’ll want to track your past and future earnings, and you can do this right from your Dashboard.
To view your Financials:
Log in to your Dashboard.
Right from your main Dashboard view, you’ll see a section called Financials.
Here you’ll see the following fields:
Next Estimated Payment. This is the total combined commission of all of your approved and unpaid conversions.
Commissions in Approval. This is the total combined commission of all of your pending conversions.
Previous Payments Received. This is the total combined commission of all payments the merchant has sent to you through all payment methods.
Note: All financial estimates are made in your merchant’s primary currency. If you will be paid in a different currency, you will need to account for the difference.
