What might have happened to your payment:

Your instant payment notification (IPN) setting needs updating in PayPal. Until this setting is enabled, your payment could have gone through, but PayPal isn’t yet able to relay that info to Refersion.

Someone paid the affiliate manually, but forgot to mark them as Paid in Refersion. We can’t track payments made outside of our platform, so this one may require some light sleuthing on your part.

Payment has gone through, but it hasn’t shown up yet. Sometimes it just takes a few minutes to get the update from your payment provider.

You can also reprocess a failed payment from Refersion:

  1. Go to Payments > Payment Status.
  2. Click Details for that payment.
  3. Select Reprocess Failed Payments.
