Why Is the Last Order ID Processed Number Sometimes Different From the Last Number in My Payment Processor?

Why the Performance Dashboard number doesn’t always match your platform’s last order.

Occasionally, the Last Order ID Processed number on your Refersion Dashboard view will be different than the last order ID you see on your ecommerce platform payment processor.

This is OK and doesn’t reflect a problem.

The number you see on your Performance Dashboard in Refersion reflects the last order ID we received from your ecommerce platform.

The reason it sometimes differs depends on your platform: some have a custom flow; others require you to manually mark orders as Completed before they will report into Refersion.
