Changing your main login email account can be done within your Refersion account in a few simple steps. For security reasons, the Refersion team cannot change your account email for you, so you must have access to the existing account to perform the following steps.
In Refersion, the change email option can be found in the Profile section of the dropdown menu on the top-right of your screen.
Under your current account email you’ll see a Change Email link. You’ll need to provide your account password and enter the new email address twice.
Important Note: The new email address that you enter as the account holder CANNOT currently be an email that is listed on your account's Manage Users tab. If you want to change a managed user into the main account holder, then please first remove the managed user from the account
A verification email will be sent to the original account email and you will have one hour to verify the request by clicking the link within the email.
Once the request is verified, an email will be sent to the new email address. You will also have a 1-hour window to verify the new email.
Once done you’ll receive a final email confirming that your email change has been completed.
Important Note: Changing your login email in the profile section will NOT change the Affiliate contact/support email in the General Setting section. If you wish to change the Affiliate Contact email you will need to do this separately under Account>Settings.
