If you have multiple conversion triggers, you can easily tell how an order was tracked by looking at the Conversions tab. Head to Manage > Conversions and note the different icons to the left of the Order ID. Hovering over the icon will display a tooltip with more info.
- A Chain means the order was tracked by an Affiliate Link
- A Ticket means the order was tracked with a coupon Conversion Trigger
- An Envelope means the order was tracked with an email coupon Conversion Trigger
- A Wrench is for applied manual credits
You can also view more order details by clicking anywhere on the conversion. You will see a More Info tab appear
Clicking the More Info tab will display the customer's details and some other information.
Clicking on the blue (i) will display the commission explanation.
