Understand how Refersion's pricing is structured and get answers to commonly asked pricing questions

Refersion offers three plan options to accommodate businesses at different stages of growth in their affiliate program. Expand each plan to see more information.

Professional


This plan offers email and self-service support. When you have a question, you can search the Refersion support center for an answer. If you are still stuck, you can send us an email at [email protected].


Features

  • Unlimited affiliates and offers

  • Conversion tracking via links, coupon codes, customer emails, or product SKUs

  • Percent of sale, flat-rate and tiered commission structures

  • Product-specific commissions

  • Integrations with supported e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Bigcommerce, etc.

  • Dashboards and reporting for your team and your affiliates.

  • Pay affiliates through an integrated partner (PayPal or Trolley); or manually.

Business


In addition to email and self-service support offered in the Professional plan, Business plan users can reach out to us using the in-app messenger from their dashboard.

Features:
All the same features as our professional plan plus:

  • More conversions available per month or year

  • Program migration support

Enterprise


Enterprise clients can receive support from our team via in-app chat, email, and 1:1 zoom calls. 1:1 calls can be scheduled for onboarding, account optimization, or troubleshooting.

Features:
All features available in the Professional and Business plans plus:

  • Custom reporting

  • Custom e-commerce platform integration support

  • Advanced features to enhance your program such as bonus rewards & varied commissions for new v.s. retuning customers.

Billing Structure: Billing varies based on approved affiliate sales. Enterprise plans are an annual agreement billed each month.

Note: The Professional and Business plans limit the number of conversions you can see, review, and payout to affiliates each month (on monthly plans) or each year (on yearly plans). See our FAQ below for more information.


Pricing FAQs

What is a conversion?

A conversion represents an order referred by an affiliate in your program.

What does "up to __ monthly order conversions" mean?

This means your specific plan has a limit to the number of conversions you can see, review, and payout within your billing cycle.

Rest assured we'll continue tracking conversions if you go over your limit - you just won't be able to see or interact with the conversions that are over your limit until your next billing cycle.

What happens if I go over my conversions limit on Professional and Business plans?

You'll see a notice on the Manage > Conversions page that indicates you have hidden conversions. If you're on the monthly billing plan, your hidden conversions will become visible in your next monthly billing cycle. If yearly, you'll need to wait until the year is finished.

Alternatively, you could upgrade to the next available plan if your program is continuing to experience consistent growth. You can upgrade your plan from the Account > Billing page.

Do annual plans have a free trial period?

All new clients receive a 14-day free trial whether on annual or monthly billing.

What is the benefit of an annual plan vs a monthly plan?

Annual plans offer upfront yearly payments for a reduced overall cost. In addition, you'll have access to all of your conversions for the year immediately instead of having a limit each month. Merchants prone to fluctuating monthly conversion usage can benefit from this.

How is an annual Professional/Business plan different than an Enterprise plan?

In addition to additional features, and additional support, the Enterprise plan requires an annual contract that is billed monthly and is based on affiliate sales with a monthly minimum. The Professional and Business annual plans are paid for in advance at a static price point.

What happens if I cancel my annual Professional or Business Plan early?

Your Refersion account will remain active until the end of your current subscription period.

Can I downgrade my annual plan to a monthly plan? If so, what happens?

If you choose to change from annual to monthly billing, your change will take place at the end of your current annual plan.

Example: You sign up for a yearly plan on March 1st, 2023. On April 1st, 2024, you'll start to be billed monthly instead of your plan renewing for another full year.

Are all e-commerce integrations supported on all plans?

All plans can utilize any of our supported integrations.

For custom-built websites such as headless e-commerce stores or other e-commerce solutions, you will need to subscribe to our Enterprise plan if you need in-depth 1:1 technical call support.
