Starter

The Starter plan is a good fit for brands just starting their affiliate program. This plan offers email and self-service support. When you have a question, you can search the Refersion support center for an answer or send us an email at [email protected].

50 conversions/month, 1000 clicks/month and a maximum of 200 active affiliates.
All the same features as our Starter plan plus:
- Integrations with supported marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, Yotpo, etc.
- Custom field customization to the registration form.
- Percent of sale, flat-rate and tiered commission structures.
- Cookie day window customization
- Product-specific commissions.
- SKU and Coupon exclusions.
- Access to developer resources such as our API and webhook notifications.
- Pay affiliates with gift cards to your store.
- Product feed automation for Shopify merchants.

Business

The Business plan is ideal for affiliate programs that are gaining momentum. In addition to email and self-service support, Business plan users can reach out to us using the in-app messenger from their dashboard.

Features:

200 conversions/month, 5000 clicks/month and a maximum of 500 active affiliates.
All the same features on previous plans plus:
- Existing program migration support.
- Send email notifications from a branded sender address.
- Up to 5 domains/websites for conversion tracking.
- Pay affiliates through Trolley or mark them as manually paid.
- Additional custom field customization flexibility.
- The option to run a private affiliate program.

Billing Structure: Flat-rate dollar amount; billed monthly or yearly.

Custom

The Custom plan includes additional custom functionality for thriving affiliate programs looking to simplify and automate their workflows. Clients on our Custom plan receive support from our team via in-app chat, email, and 1:1 Zoom calls, which can be scheduled for onboarding, account optimization, or troubleshooting.

Features:

Unlimited conversions/month, clicks/month and affiliates.
All the same features on previous plans plus:
- A guided onboarding to help you get started with your account and program.
- Personalized affiliate matches.
- Advanced features to enhance your program such as bonus rewards & varied commissions for new v.s. retuning customers.
- Custom performance reports.
- Unlimited domains/websites for conversion tracking.

Billing Structure: Billing varies based on approved affiliate sales. Custom plans are an annual agreement billed each month.

Pricing FAQs

What is a conversion?

A conversion represents an order referred by an affiliate in your program.

What does "up to __ monthly order conversions" mean?

This means your specific plan has a limit to the number of conversions you can see, review, and payout within your billing cycle.

Rest assured we'll continue tracking conversions if you go over your limit - you just won't be able to see or interact with the conversions that are over your limit until your next billing cycle.

What happens if I go over my conversion limit?

You'll see a notice on the Manage > Conversions page that indicates you have hidden conversions. If you're on the monthly billing plan, your hidden conversions will become visible in your next monthly billing cycle. If yearly, you'll need to wait until the year is finished.

Alternatively, you could upgrade to the next available plan if your program is continuing to experience consistent growth. You can upgrade your plan from the Account > Billing page.

Do annual plans have a free trial period?

All new clients receive a 14-day free trial whether on annual or monthly billing.

What is the benefit of an annual plan vs a monthly plan?

Annual plans offer upfront yearly payments for a reduced overall cost. In addition, you'll have access to all of your conversions for the year immediately instead of having a limit each month. Merchants prone to fluctuating monthly conversion usage can benefit from this.

How is an annual Starter/Professional/Business plan different than a Custom plan?

In addition to additional features, and additional support, the Custom plan requires an annual contract that is billed monthly and is based on affiliate sales with a monthly minimum. The Starter, Professional, and Business annual plans are paid for in advance at a static price point.

What happens if I cancel my annual plan early?

Your Refersion account will remain active until the end of your current subscription period.

Can I downgrade my annual plan to a monthly plan? If so, what happens?

If you choose to change from annual to monthly billing, your change will take place at the end of your current annual plan.

Example: You sign up for a yearly plan on March 1st, 2023. On April 1st, 2024, you'll start to be billed monthly instead of your plan renewing for another full year.

Are all e-commerce integrations supported on all plans?

All plans can utilize any of our supported integrations.

For custom-built websites such as headless e-commerce stores or other e-commerce solutions, you will need to subscribe to our Custom plan if you need in-depth 1:1 technical call support.
