As a Merchant, How Do I Run Reports?

Find out what reports you can run to track your program’s progress.

Written by Nick Castellano

There are 6 in-app reports you can run to help you quickly understand how you’re doing, and tweak your tactics accordingly:

  • Performance by Affiliate

    • Helps you quickly identify your top and under-performing affiliates.

  • Performance by Offer

    • Shows you how your offers are performing over a period of time.

  • Performance by Marketing Asset

  • Performance by SKU

    • Shows which items are resulting in the most affiliate sales.

  • Export Affiliates

    • Shows all pending and active affiliates along with their contact information (if provided).

  • Export Conversions

    • Shows all pending and approved conversions.

Important Note: Performance reports only include data from approved conversions.

Accessing Reports

  • Run performance reports from the Performance>Reports>New Report tab.

  • View and download all performance reports from Performance>Reporting>Report Status tab (the last 20 reports are displayed).

  • View and download recurring performance reports from the Performance>Reporting>Recurring Reports tab. Note: To stop a recurring report, click the black Stop box next to the Download button.

How to Run Reports

  1. Select the report type you're interested in seeing. Feel free to reference the 'Report Column Preview' that shows up to get an idea of what information is included in each report. Specifically for the affiliates report, you'll be able to use additional search criteria: SubIDs and Conversion Payment Status.

  2. Enter a Report Name

  3. Enter the Email you’d like your report delivered to.

  4. Select the Occurring status (run it just this once or at a certain frequency over a period of time).

  5. Select the Date Range (either using a specific start or end-date for one-time reports or a list of available date ranges (last 1 day, last 7 days, et) for recurring reports.

  6. Click Queue Report at the bottom of the page.

Once the report is processed, you can download a CSV from either the Report Status tab (if you setup a one-time report) or from the Recurring Reports tab (if you setup a recurring report) or from the email delivered to the address you provided.
