Welcome to the affiliate portal! This portal is for affiliates. If you are a merchant, please visit our managing affiliates collection.

Video Walkthrough

Here's a quick rundown of everything you need to know in order to use your dashboard!

Main Dashboard

Your Dashboard is what you'll see right when you log in. This is where you'll be able to snag your unique referral link, check on your payment information, and review commission terms. You'll use the links at the top to navigate to other pages in the dashboard.

Creatives

You can navigate to Creatives to access visual assets such as brand logos and promotional banners.

If you have a website or blog, you'll copy a small code snippet to promote your preferred creatives. The code snippet makes the creative clickable and trackable back to your affiliate link.

Conversions

Once you've generated sales from your referral links, a new tab called "Conversions" will be available to you. Clicking on Conversions will bring you to a page where you can see all of the sales you've generated. You can also check each sale's commission and payment status.

My Products & Referral Links

The My Products & Referral Links tab includes all products and product-specific referral links. If you've signed up to promote Shopify or Amazon products for a merchant, this is where you'll find all of your direct referral links to those products to promote with. You can learn more about promoting products here.

Payment History

Click here if you want to check on your history of past commission payments.

Please note: We cannot help you with receiving payments from the merchant. You'll need to contact them directly.

Messages

Have a question for the merchant? Feel free to send them a message by clicking on the Messages tab. You'll also find any program announcements here, so be sure to check back often!

Note that you can also reach out to the merchant’s affiliate support email address, which should be the same address from which you received your pending and welcome emails.

Reports

If you want to find out how well you're performing (including seeing which creative performs best or which SKU is generating the most sales), then simply click on Reporting. Within this page, you'll be able to run one-time reports or have them emailed regularly on an automatic schedule you choose.

Settings

If you need to adjust anything like your name, address, timezone, or payment information, then be sure to navigate to Settings.

Inactive Offer

It’s possible that an offer or merchant you signed up with becomes inactive. This could be because that merchant is no longer in business, paused or disabled their affiliate marketing program, or has been removed from the Refersion platform for non-compliance. In those cases, you will see a version of the affiliate portal like the one below.

From the Inactive Offer, portal affiliates can see historic information of their activity with the merchant such as Conversions, Payment History, and Messages. Clicking the red Inactive Offer tab in the top right will show the merchant’s contact email which affiliates can use to contact the merchant to resolve any outstanding issues.

Important note: While the offer is inactive all tracking of sales data will be disabled, and you will not be credited for any sales made through your affiliate link.

Should the merchant’s account and offer become active again this screen will be restored to its original version and you will be able to promote the merchant's offer once again.

Creating Page-Specific Referral Links (Deep Linking)

Sometimes you may want to promote a specific product or page directly rather than send traffic to the merchant’s homepage. To do this, go to your Dashboard tab.

Next, click on Create link to a specific page under Link Options.

SubIDs

Refersion tracking links also support SubIDs. SubIDs can be added to your Refersion tracking links to allow you to track additional information about where the click or conversion came from, such as through a Facebook post, a Twitter post, or the header/footer/specific page on your blog. SubIDs can be any string or text.

For more info on SubIDs, check out this article.
