Once an affiliate or influencer joins your network, they’ll have permission to represent your brand. Before you enter into that agreement, make sure you’re all on the same page. Set clear program terms and conditions, and establish a privacy policy that makes sense for you.

Note: This information will appear on your affiliate registration page, and you can update it anytime.

  1. Enter or Paste in your Terms and Conditions (examples: payment terms & schedule, self-dealing, promotion restrictions, product category exclusions, disqualifiers).
Note: You can include links and images for both your terms & conditions and privacy policy.

  2. Enter or Paste in your Privacy Policy

Note: In compliance with California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) regulations, make sure your policy discloses the ways your business uses personal data collected from affiliates, along with how their data is processed, managed, and for what purposes.

If you’re wondering what to write for either of these sections, we can point you to a live example from one of our customers. You can also read more about this topic in our FAQ article.
