How Do I Give Affiliates Lifetime Commission?

Allow your affiliates to receive a commission on all future purchases placed by their referred customer

Lifetime commissions are a huge incentive for any affiliate looking to promote your products and services

How It Works

When a customer clicks on an affiliate’s referral link or uses an affiliate’s coupon code to make a purchase on your website, then their email address will be instantly linked to the affiliate. This will be done by automatically creating an email conversion trigger for the referring affiliate using the customer’s email address that was used to place the order.

When the customer returns to make another purchase on your website, then the linked affiliate will receive a commission, even if the customer visits your website directly. Since the affiliate and the customer are linked, the affiliate will still be awarded a commission even if the customer clears their browser cookies or uses a different computer.

A customer can only be linked to one affiliate at a time, but affiliates can be linked to multiple customers

You also have the flexibility to manually add, transfer, or remove lifetime customer emails for affiliates by manually creating or deleting email conversion triggers

Finally, please note that this is an account wide setting. Having this feature enabled on your account will give all of your affiliates lifetime commission! If you want to have different groups of affiliates that do or do not earn lifetime commission, then you can reference our workaround documented using Zapier.
