The first thing you’ll receive when you’re accepted into a merchant’s program is a welcome email. It may look something like this:

Within the email is a link to your Dashboard. You can bookmark this URL for easy future access.

If you’re ever on the Refersion website, then you can also log in from there by clicking Sign in from the upper right and selecting Affiliate Dashboard:

To access your Affiliate Dashboard, go to the login page, enter your email and password, click the 'I'm not a robot' checkbox and pass the reCAPTCHA test, and click Login.

For security purposes you will then be prompted to confirm your login via email and you will receive a message letting you know this:

Go to your email inbox using the device that you're logging in from and open the email from Refersion with the subject line 'Confirm login for Refersion'. Click the confirmation link in the body of this email, and you should promptly logged into your affiliate dashboard!

From your Dashboard, you can log out whenever you want. Click your name in the top right of your dash, and select Logout from the drop-down menu.

If you’ve forgotten your password, click the Forgot password link, then enter your email address, and click Reset Password.

Go to your email inbox, and once you receive the reset password email (the subject line will be 'Your login information') open it, and click the Reset Password button. Finally, enter and confirm your new password, and click Reset Password one last time. You’ll then be prompted to log in with your new info.
