If you need to reactivate an Affiliate account in Refersion, even if it's just temporarily, please contact a member of our Customer Success team at [email protected], and we will assist you. To reactivate your account effectively, follow these steps:
Request Validation: Confirm that the account requires reactivation and meets the program's criteria.
System Check: Verify that the account details exist and can be restored, ensuring the account's conversion history is preserved.
Update Affiliate: Notify the affiliate of the reactivation, including their new/updated login details. The reactivation process typically takes 1-3 business days and will restore the account's conversion history. Even if you create a new account under the same name, that account will not be linked to their previous conversion history, so it's important that we properly reactivate the original account!
